last week i went to High Bridge Gallery and Studios Opening.. [39 High Bridge, Newcastle]*
4 floor brand new refurbished huge gallery space.. massive clean ‘white cube’.. amazing artist studios … some of those occupied already* some of them still empty..

people who arrived were able to have a tour around the building.. and take a peek into studios of artists who are their in residency…

i’ve met in person and discovered impressive work of artist Sharon Wilson [which i admire:] and other great artists >>

IDI – Institute of Digital Innovation organised a small exhibition of artworks [mainly prints and video pieces] of Digital City Fellows.
Our Digital City Fellowship is finishing in a month and our Hacksquad company project is starting to leaving and breathing and making baby steps as a professional body : P
We started to work on number of new commissioned digital artworks, 3D animations, videos and documentations >> [post-production and production]. Currently we are working with number of artists from London and Newcastle, making fresh new connections with creative practitioners from North-East and abroad.. trying to spread out range of people to work with, and meet some interesting personalities.

Our Hacksquad presentation was exhibited at IDI last week as well as some huge size photography print.

Printed picture was taken by Andrzej on one of our first trips to North-East coasts. It is a very funny, quirky picture : D .. me proudly standing with rubble derelicted magnesium factory at the Hartlepool coast in the background, holding the founded object – a toy horse like a trophy.. [which suppose to talk but was broken already]*

I dont know if that picture is saying much about company and our work [ I've send few pictures for this exhibition and surprisingly they've picked up this one : P ] but I’m sure that this is pretty important picture for me.. And one of my favorites. It looks a bit symbolic too : D and very well made with greatest canon 5D under the bright sky of Blade Runner city – Middlesborough* which is one of my favorite areas of urban exploration and digital area research. : D
