[great loose atmosphere, social intellectual party, little mess and harmony, performances concentrated juice]

I found myself while performing in a totally different world… simply shifted away… so i dont really know what is happening around…. i was really into it… like in a trance…
our performance was very intimate…. we were close to each other sitting on the ground.. pressing on the parts of our bodies, neck, arms,
im quite happy with audio which we’ve managed to create from scratch – the body/voice sounds..
[even if i couldnt really play it as loud as i wanted to..] and the surreal triptic video of our bodies and pieces of meat which is a very strait forward symbol of physical contact and wires as a spiritual mental connection …

the whole situation with setting up the equipment was a bit messy..
cause we suppose to do it as quick as possible but with this kind of stuff it usually takes more than half an hour…….
but the audience was very patient… and it went so well.
some people were disorientated and offended by the video of a magnified’ sexual act… : O and maybe by some of masturbation sounds filtered by granular synth. coming out form the speaker by pressing my partners body …
but as far as im concerned we are here speaking in language of art to break the barriers and the limits of communication : ) and open our minds. stay free.

of course im not totally happy with this performance and i would say this was more like a prototype, a sketch of the project as the interface – our outfits were very very fragile – wires, sensors, conductive thread, connections – i had the feeling that it will fall apart in a moment.. and it looked a bit cheap like a cyber goth trance techno clothing… :] it is very hard to create a solid outfit that will be strong enough to handle the movement….
it was not made perfectly [lack of time and fundings etc.] but finally it worked intensively… and we’ve learned a lot !
by this experience.. we’ve spend so many sleepless nights working on this project… but it was worth it.

so now i have the knowledge how to avoid those mistakes and build proper outfit audio interface… it is so exciting ,working with this kind of equipment . and i would like to develop this project further. and make a new version of it. definitely!

I simply feel in love with the sensors… it is a perfect physical interface…
I’m into pressure sensors world so much now that i would like to make some different pro projects with pressure sensing wonders. i already have some ideas for pressure sensing cute instruments or even toys…
