ASSIGN EX1A: Photo-walk of the city. Take a walk around a favorred/interesting with any camera you can get your hands on (don’t worry about ‘quality’ of the photos unless you want to). Take pictures without looking through the viewfinder.
I am not good in detaching my eyes from me. I need something square to look at, i need borders.
Thinking about borders and intersections between public and private, I made a walk in a really small area of the city center, where public buildings, big banks, small pubs and abandoned multicultural food shops flourish.
The area describe by my walk is the following:

I walked with my camera focusing only to take pictures of the wall borders between a property and the following one, an put them all together in a strip, based on a simple linear temporal sequence.
The attempt is to build, for next session, a collage of images that serves as an alternative map based on the length of the walking and the roughness or polish quality of materials and rocks.
